Horse Stable Turned Carmel Estate

Nestled in the heart of Carmel this 3+ acre estate is located at the intersection of 116th Street and Clay Center Road. The former 100 years old, 15 stall horse stable was converted into a sprawling 4 bedroom home in the early 1980s.

The original beams were retained during the renovation for a stunning Great Room.
